Fears

As I sat here pondering about what to write on this week, I heard a loud noise come from somewhere waaaaaaay too close to my household. As I was alone at the house, I got freaked out. Rightly so though. And then it struck me. Fear. I don't care if you're Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, or any other superhero; everyone has at least one fear. If you're like me though, you have too many to count. Let's name a few, shall we?

Thievery. When I heard that noise tonight, I honestly thought someone was breaking into my house haha. Thankfully, no one was. I still don't know what that noise was though. Anyways, burglary is a big deal in every part of the world I'm guessing. My house has never been broken into, or at least not that I'm aware of. Still though, it's up there on the top of my fear list.
I know this isn't a house break-in, but I thought this was pathetic. And kinda funny lol.
Kidnapping. Kind of a random fear for a 17 year old, yes I know. I just can't get over the fact that I could be innocently walking through a parking lot towards my beautiful van and then BAM. I end up in the back of a van that looks like this that's taking me who knows where. Yeah, kidnapping is not cool.

One word: Tornado. Spirals spun straight from Satan. That's my definition of them at least. Horrid, terrible, monstrous, destructive, terrifying things. I think my family and I went through a really small one quite a few years ago, and the damage was really bad. It sort of scarred me haha. Seriously though, these things top my fear list. I honestly think I would drop dead out of fear of just seeing one coming towards me before it even has a chance to do any damage.
Looking at this is seriously creeping me out. Ugh. Anyways, I'm tired and this blog is finished. See you guys next timeeee.

Morning Chaos -_-

Hello all. I mentioned in my last blog about a incident concerning multiple fire alarms going off in my house. Since I can't seem to find anything else to write about, I'm going with that. So, my apologies if this is a tad boring for you. Anyways, let's begin.

Time: 5:00 A.M. Everyone in my household is dead asleep, obviously. We're all enjoying nice dreams, relishing in the fact that we don't have to get up for about another hour or two. Everything is as peaceful as the wind gently blowing through a beautiful prairie in Spring, right? WRONG.

Time: 5:01 A.M. Mass chaos is swiftly traveling through my entire house. Every single fire alarm in my household is going off. There I am trying to find my family (which isn't working out too well) after just waking up out of a dead sleep. Hahhh, well. You want to know why this was so difficult? See, I was had been sick that entire day. Like, really sick. So I took some strong medicine before going to bed. You know, to help with the sickness and what not. Apparently at five in the morning, all of the medicine hadn't worn off yet. So in short, I was sorta high. As I went searching through tumblr, I found this little video that very, very accurately depicts how I looked when I got out of bed that morning.
Hahh, that seriously makes me laugh every time I watch it. Anyways, that's it. Oh, and in case you're wondering, we never did find out what was wrong with them. They just sort of shut off on their own and they've been good ever since. Once again, I apologize for any boredom I may have caused you.
See you next timeee.

Sleeeeeeeeeeeep

This week, I'm going to touch on almost everyone's favorite thing:
Sleep. It's one of the most sacred things on the face of the earth. No question about it.

How about we go through the phases of a school day?

Step 1: Getting out of bed. Difficulty level: 10. This is literally one of the hardest things I've ever had to do in my entire life. Not ONLY is getting up an enormous feat, but unless you're exceedingly blessed from the Lord, you look awful doing it. Just not cool. This is how I usually perceive myself looking as I get out of bed.

Step 2: Trying to stay awake during classes. Difficulty level: 9. In my opinion, this is easier than step one, but still extremely difficult. I can usually stay awake only because I either A) don't pay attention or B) mess with friends. Oh, and you also have to learn while trying to stay awake. I swear, we should get paid for this.

Step 3: Falling asleep that night. Difficulty level: 0. When my head hits that pillow and I close my eyes, I'm out until my stupid alarm wakes me up the next morning. The only thing that can wake me up in the middle of a dead sleep is that fire alarm going off at 5 in morning, but that's a whole other story in itself.

It's currently 11:37 P.M. and I feel like the poor rabbit in the below video, so I'm calling it a night. See you guys on the next blog!

School, Pt. 2

Well. Hasn't this been a fun, internetless weekend. I finally got tired of waiting on Comcast to fix the internet, so I took the initiative to call. Turns out, they apparently had no idea that anything was wrong. Typical. So I was crammed under our computer desk for 30 minutes trying to figure out what cables went to where all while trying to understand what the foreign Comcast lady on the phone was saying. Not fun.  Anyways, here I, and my blog, finally are.

Let's begin.

This is going to be sort of a spin off from last week.
Studying.
It can also be summed up like this.

I don't study much. At all. Actually all I do is cram for about 5 or 10 minutes before a test. Honestly, who wants to sit in a chair going over and over the same stuff for about an hour? No one. That's who. Don't get me wrong, I understand that there are some things that are truly crucial to study for, but I've come to realize over the past couple years, I'm just starting to not care. Maybe it's because of the whole "senioritis" thing, but seriously. I'm at the point where, if I even pick up some papers that need studying, I just feel like doing this:

All of that just to say this.
I loathe studying.
Have a good week :)
